Given the current situation we have decided to take some precautions to help protect our clients and staff from the spread of corona-virus.
- We are no longer going to provide a drop – in surgery, all patients are to be seen by appointment, please call the practice if your pet needs to be seen. We will be open every week day 9.30am to 5pm , 9.30am to 12pm Saturday, and Sunday emergency morning appointments only.
- We would appreciate it if any client who has been unwell, or has a family member with any symptoms of the virus, call us from home to re arrange any prebooked appointments for non emergency cases.
- When you arrive for an appointment please wait in your car and call us from you mobile to let us know you have arrived, we will talk with you at a safe distance and take your pet into the practice for treatment as needed.
- please pre order any medication at least 4 days in advance, call us before collecting to check that it has been dispensed. We would kindly ask that payment is made over the phone prior to collection.
- When you arrive to collect medication or food, please phone the practice so that we can meet you at the collection window at the front of the building.
We hope these measures help keep our community safe and allow us to continue to provide the best service possible.
